US Mail does not offer tracking on Airmail/Economy mail packages. Insurance is included for most countries. If you're package does not show up, we can put a trace on the package using the Insurance claim number.

All domestic and international shipments include insurance. If your package is lost in transit, we will file the claim through Fed Ex/Post Office. A claim will take 3-4 weeks to process. If the claim is accepted by the courier, we will replace the shipment for you. We will not reimburse any funds.

All vinyl is unused, and in perfect condition when shipped. There is the rare occurrence when a record might be warped due to manufacturing defect or shipping circumstance. In this case, we will issue a return authorization. you can then send back the vinyl(s) to us, for replacement of the same title. If that title is out of stock, we will offer you a similar title.

Can I replace any vinyl from a pre-packaged lot?

Yes. If you would like to switch out a couple records from a lot, this is fine. You can request a vinyl seen elsewhere in our store. If we have extras of that record, we will gladly replace it for you.
